The guarantees supplied with our work are issued by C & M Roofing Services Ltd and are not insurance backed, should any fault arise in the timeframe stated in the guarantee it will be the responsibility of C & M Roofing Services Ltd to rectify.

Guarantees for repairs cover the area repaired and not the whole of a roof, should a recurrence of the problem within the area repaired happen within the timeframe stated it will be the responsibility of C & M Roofing Services Ltd to rectify.

Any leaks which occur outside of the area repaired will not be the responsibility of C & M Roofing Services Ltd to Rectify.
